Unacceptable Use of Our Services

You may not initiate denial-of-service attacks, attempt to overwhelm any system with excessive traffic, or engage in any activity that degrades platform performance for other users. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any platform system or network, nor breach or attempt to breach the platform's security or authentication measures. The platform will not serve as a conduit for transactions involving goods or services that are illegal in the jurisdiction of either the buyer or the seller. If we determine that your activities may violate applicable law, we may report those activities to the relevant authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.

Legal Disputes and Remedies

This agreement establishes a partnership between you and the platform operator, and like any partnership, it functions best when both sides communicate openly. Before resorting to formal dispute resolution, we ask that you first bring your concern to our attention through the customer service channels available on the platform. Many issues that initially appear complex are the product of simple misunderstandings or administrative errors that can be corrected quickly once identified. If your concern cannot be resolved through routine customer service, you may escalate it by sending a written notice describing the nature of the dispute, the facts giving rise to it, the specific relief you seek, and the steps already taken to resolve the matter.
If the dispute remains unresolved after a reasonable period of informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration as the exclusive mechanism for final resolution. The arbitration will be conducted in a manner that is fair, efficient, and proportionate to the amount at stake and the complexity of the issues presented. By agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to have your dispute heard by a judge or jury in a court of law and waiving your right to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding against the platform. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and the arbitrator is not authorized to combine the claims of multiple individuals into a single proceeding. If any portion of this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of the waiver shall continue to apply.
